Ensure service availability, drive improvements, and guarantee performance of clients’ Linux environments through monitoring incident handling. Create technical articles for the knowledge base. Log all activities in the service desk system. **REQUIREMENTS:** Reside in Blumenau or nearby areas, or be available to relocate. Basic Linux knowledge (troubleshooting, configurations, and script creation/manipulation). Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and firewalls, Apache, DNS, DHCP, Zimbra. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** LPIC1 certification or actively preparing for it. Courses in Infrastructure.
