Operational safety, quality, and reliability **MISSION** Perform electromechanical maintenance activities on industrial equipment and systems to ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines with safety, quality, and reliability. Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive actions to restore or maintain full functionality of assets in accordance with the company's technical and operational standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform low-complexity corrective maintenance tasks on electromechanical equipment under direct supervision, following work orders; Assist in inspecting and performing minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; Record executed activities in work orders as instructed; Support inspection and lubrication activities according to predefined plans; Document occurrences and technical conditions observed during preventive maintenance execution; Support basic measurements (vibration, temperature, noise) for predictive equipment analysis under guidance from more experienced professionals; Identify visual anomalies and promptly report them; Respond to emergency maintenance calls and machine stoppages under direct supervision; Communicate\-with operators and supervisors to understand simple failures and implement immediate corrections. Support building maintenance activities whenever necessary; Participate in organizing and restocking workshop materials; Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to the position and tasks; Comply with occupational safety, quality, and environmental procedures; Report hazardous conditions, critical failures, and operational deviations; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity as required by the department/company. **REQUIREMENTS** Minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance is preferred; Internship or hands-on factory floor experience is preferred; Completed or ongoing Technical Education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
