Job Summary: Experienced professional required to fabricate, adjust, repair, and maintain tools, molds, and fixtures; operate machinery; and collaborate with the engineering team. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with engineering and production teams **Schedule**: Monday to Friday (5:00 AM to 2:48 PM) **Neighborhood**: Itoupavazinha - Blumenau/SC Main Responsibilities: ✅ Fabricate, adjust, repair, and maintain tools, molds, dies, and fixtures ✅ Interpret drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions ✅ Operate machinery and tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, electrical discharge machines (EDM), among others ✅ Conduct analyses and tests to ensure quality and functionality ✅ Organize and maintain the workplace and tools in good condition ✅ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues Requirements: Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering or related fields Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Toolmaker Proficiency in manufacturing and maintenance techniques for tools, molds, and fixtures Skill in interpreting technical drawings and reading measuring instruments Ability to work in a team, solve problems, and make decisions Good communication skills and ability to document processes Advantages: Technical training in Toolmaking or Postgraduate degree in related fields Experience in plastic industry Benefits: Profit Sharing Program (PCR) ✅ On-site cafeteria Uniform Health Insurance – Unimed Dental Insurance Pharmacy discount program Birthday Day Off AMPE Association agreement Childcare allowance Workplace gymnastics
