Job Objective: Provide technical support to users and ensure the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure, contributing to business continuity and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: - Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, ensuring rapid problem resolution. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, etc.). - Install and configure software, operating systems, and networks. - Manage IT equipment and asset inventory, ensuring organization and traceability. - Support incident management and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. - Assist in implementing continuous improvements to IT processes. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical or higher education degree in IT, completed or in progress. Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
