Job Summary: Professional to supervise and optimize Protheus ERP, CRM, and BI systems, lead projects, coordinate customizations, and drive continuous IT improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in system and functionality implementation projects. 2. Process optimization and assurance of operational efficiency. 3. Change management and user training. Responsibilities: \- Supervise and ensure continuous operation of Protheus ERP, CRM, and BI systems; map, analyze, and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency; \- Lead implementation projects for new systems and functionalities; \- Coordinate development of customizations according to business requirements; \- Prepare and present team performance reports and system availability reports; \- Define, track, and monitor KPIs to measure IT operational effectiveness; \- Analyze metrics and drive continuous improvements in IT processes; lead change management, ensuring structured implementations with minimal operational impact; \- Communicate changes clearly to involved departments, managing expectations and supporting adaptation; \- Conduct user training to ensure full utilization of tools and systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; Advanced and mandatory knowledge of Protheus ERP, including module configuration and parameterization; Technical capability for ADVPL development and maintenance; Experience with Microsoft DevOps (Azure): repository management; branch control; best practices for versioning and traceability; experience with Salesforce CRM; hands-on experience with VTEX; experience with Service Desk, incident management, SLAs, and metrics; knowledge of IT Governance and ITIL-based processes.
