





Job Description: We are seeking a Project Manager to join LINCROS in Blumenau/SC, responsible for ensuring project delivery with exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Manage project budget, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel and materials; * Maintain alignment of expectations, negotiate deadlines, and clearly communicate project status; * Develop and implement efficient project management processes, promoting continuous improvement and adoption of agile methodologies; * Coordinate consultants, assign tasks, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for team members’ development and training; * Develop and detail individual project implementation schedules, with clearly defined scope and deadlines; * Assign consultants and coordinate daily execution of activities to meet project goals; * Monitor task progress, resolve operational blockers, and adjust plans as needed; * Control project budget, approve expenses, and report variances to leadership; * Lead kick-off, status, and closing meetings with clients and stakeholders; * Generate status reports (schedule, cost, and quality) and document lessons learned. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Availability for hybrid work in Blumenau/SC; * Willingness to travel; * Prior experience in project management, preferably in technology system implementations; * Knowledge of logistics business rules; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management.
