Work on e-commerce, optimizing conversions and sales funnels. Execute and optimize mid-funnel and bottom-funnel campaigns. Master the use of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to: Identify and resolve tag issues; Read, interpret, and adjust code; Engage Google/Meta support when necessary. **Analyze key metrics:** CTR, target audience, campaign models, and return on investment. Determine which campaign models are most effective for each objective. **Conduct strategic planning:** product positioning, segmentation, and media targeting. Create and manage dashboards. Work with programmatic media and ad buying on portals (e.g., UOL Ads, G1 Ads). Coordinate and develop the Digital Marketing team. **REQUIREMENTS:** Solid experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Advanced knowledge of GTM and Google Analytics. Proficiency in managing and creating campaigns on paid media platforms. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and analytical ability. Experience with Google Trends, dashboard creation, and analytics tools. Knowledge of programmatic media and digital portals. Experience managing teams.
