Job Description: * Completed elementary education * Overhead Crane Operator training course * NR 35 certification * Program thermal treatment furnaces according to schedules established by leadership via the system * Monitor thermal treatment load execution to ensure correct implementation of the programmed schedule and promptly correct any deviations, completing monitoring records * Record working hours related to thermal treatment loads, machine downtime, and sequence tracking of parts treated per load * Maintain thermal treatment furnaces and tools under one’s responsibility, using and storing them appropriately to preserve company assets * Support thermal treatment process improvement projects by listening to suggestions from other team members and generating ideas to enhance thermal treatment processes, reduce costs, and proactively prevent potential issues * Adhere to standards for organization and cleanliness 2512060202191906924
