Job Summary: Plastpet is seeking a Plastic Injection Machine Adjuster to perform adjustment, parameterization, and monitoring of plastic injection molding machines, ensuring quality and productivity. Support for continuous improvement and team training **Plastpet is looking for a Plastic Injection Machine Adjuster to join our team!** **Location:** Rua Theodor Kleine, 1515 – Fortaleza Alta – Blumenau/SC **Working Hours:** ▪ Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ▪ Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Adjust and parameterize plastic injection molding machines; * Monitor and prepare mold changeovers; * Monitor the production process, ensuring quality and productivity; * Identify and correct injection process faults; * Conduct production tests and release machines for operation; * Perform trial runs of new molds, evaluating process parameters, part quality, and mold performance; * Support the production team in continuously improving processes; * Train and guide operational staff (mold changers and machine operators); * Monitor and ensure the quality of produced parts. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the plastics industry; * Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes; * Organized, responsible, and committed profile. **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria Attendance bonus Transportation allowance Pharmacy benefit plan Birthday day-off Discount on company products Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
