RESPONSIBILITIES Receive materials from the warehouse, verifying codes, descriptions, quantities, and physical conditions according to internal requests or Production Orders, ensuring items are correct and fit for use in the production process; Identify discrepancies related to codes, quantities, or conditions of received materials, immediately notifying the warehouse responsible for resolution and correction, minimizing production impact and preventing inventory inconsistencies; Perform material acceptance and registration in the WMS system using handheld scanners, confirming information after physical verification, maintaining up-to-date system control and ensuring item traceability; Organize and store verified materials in a restricted-access area, segregating them by Production Order or production requirement, ensuring control, security, and proper availability per production schedule; Release materials for production according to Production Order demand, controlling quantities and recording movements where applicable, supporting the production process at the right time and avoiding excesses or shortages at workstations; Submit additional material requests via the WMS system using handheld scanners and following internal procedures, ensuring continuous and production-planning-aligned supply. REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform material acceptance, requests, and movements while ensuring systemic traceability; Skill to verify material codes, quantities, and conditions by comparing requisitions, system data, and physical items; Basic understanding of production supply processes, OP-based segregation, and restricted-access control; Ability to identify inconsistencies and promptly and clearly escalate to the responsible department; Practical knowledge of organizing materials by Production Order, criticality, or production need. **BENEFITS:** Meal Voucher – To ensure daily energy.
