The professional will serve as a Loom Mechanic, responsible for operating, adjusting, maintaining, and repairing weaving machines to ensure full equipment functionality and the quality of produced fabrics. This is a technical role directly tied to factory productivity, requiring practical knowledge, agility in troubleshooting, and commitment to operational safety. Key responsibilities:\- Configure, adjust, and fine-tune looms according to production article specifications.\- Monitor machine performance during the production process.\- Perform mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance, and electrical maintenance when necessary.\- Diagnose technical faults and act swiftly to prevent production stoppages.\- Ensure proper equipment operation while prioritizing safety and efficiency.\- Conduct periodic inspections of looms and peripherals.\- Replace parts, perform fine adjustments, and carry out technical calibrations.\- Record and document all maintenance activities, keeping the maintenance history up to date.\- Support operators with technical guidance on correct machine usage.\- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve operational issues.\- Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement, increased productivity, and cost reduction.

* Knowledge of loom maintenance (air-jet, gripper, projectile, or similar — specifications can be added later if desired).
* Basic knowledge of industrial electricity is a plus.
* Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Completed high school education.
* Availability for on-site work in an industrial setting.
