Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary school, with Certificate). * Rotary Arm and Monorail Operator Training Course. * Perform MPO on the equipment, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests as necessary, to ensure the machine remains fully operational, preventing rework and accidents. * Finish raw or pre-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welds), adhering strictly to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, to guarantee compliance with customer quality standards and achievement of departmental productivity indicators. * Maintain tools under one’s responsibility, using and storing them appropriately to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, while acting proactively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to safeguard employees’ physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2512070202191822537
