We are seeking a professional to work at our factory in Piçarras, performing daily tasks as a **"Production Assistant"**. You will be a key contributor to our production line. The assistant will support the entire production process—from raw material preparation to filling and warehouse organization—ensuring our ice cream reaches customers with maximum quality, flavor, and hygiene. **1\. Professional Profile Requirements:** * An extremely organized and disciplined individual who values teamwork and can easily follow standardized procedures and strict hygiene regulations. Physical stamina for an industrial environment and attention to detail are essential. **2\. Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** * Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Understanding of food hygiene and safety. * Skill in measuring and weighing ingredients. * Ability to operate manual and semi-automatic equipment. **3\. Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills)** * Teamwork: Actively collaborate with production line colleagues. * Attention to Detail: Ensure perfect filling and aesthetic presentation of ice cream. * Agility: Maintain production pace without compromising quality. * Resilience: Adapt well to cold environments (cold rooms and climate-controlled production areas). **4\.
