Main Responsibilities: * Remote customer support * Field team support and supervision * Customer service via email, phone, and WhatsApp * Organization and creation of customer information lists * Preparation of customer equipment records * Assistance in creating reports, descriptions, technical assessments, and service schedules * Customer service and support to field teams, assisting in resolving inquiries * Presentation and monitoring of service schedules and team integration * Creation of priority lists and scheduling grids for field teams * Directing field teams to scheduled services and activities * Monitoring and tracking field team performance * Authorizing field teams for service assignments and analyzing execution time per service Desired Qualifications: * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency with digital tools and spreadsheets * Proactivity and ability to resolve daily tasks * Ability to work effectively in a team Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 | 13:30 to 18:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.621,00 - R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
