This is a fully on-site position in Blumenau/SC. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Prepare and analyze accounting entries, providing monthly support for financial closing and accounting reconciliations, including preparation of balance sheet accounts. * Contribute to financial/budgetary planning by providing necessary analytical inputs for the preparation of the annual budget. * Support the preparation of financial/budgetary planning, ensuring alignment with defined targets, analyzing and consolidating received information, and forecasting revenues and expenses. * Assist in developing presentations and reports on financial/budgetary planning outcomes. * Perform variance analysis between actual and planned figures, monitoring and controlling execution of financial/budgetary plans across various departments. * Implement changes arising in financial planning, address distortions occurring during expense allocation, clarify queries, provide information, and perform corrections based on specific monitoring reports and performance statements. * Contribute to monthly tracking of result evolution, establishing simulations based on forecasted values supplemented by actual historical data already realized, identifying potential needs for course correction. * Participate in internal projects (assessments, studies, and technical work) and special studies, analyzing product/project costs, as well as participating in or leading monthly project review meetings. * Execute cash flow consolidation and analysis. * Ensure accuracy of data and adherence to deadlines required for preparing budget reports, profitability analyses, cost and expense analyses, etc., through preparation and provision of defined data and reports. * Execute and fulfill asset management activities, including careful cost allocations, systematic management of fixed asset records, with reliability and within defined timelines, through analysis and execution of processes. * Ensure that processes and controls within the area of responsibility are applied and implemented in accordance with group requirements. * Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation, offering technical clarifications, and assisting with potential queries. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable) * Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI (mandatory) * Prior experience with accounting standards such as IFRS/USGAAP. **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
