We focus on delivering results by supporting companies in improving their tax performance through an integrated team spanning tax, accounting, and technology areas.** **We have already helped more than 7\.000 companies transform tax complexity into competitive advantage.** **Responsibilities:** * Perform generalist activities across Human Resources subsystems (Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Personnel Administration, Organizational Climate, Performance Evaluation, and Internal Communication); * Manage recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment through to onboarding of new employees; * Support training, development, and capacity-building initiatives; * Assist with personnel administration routines, including hiring, termination, time tracking, vacation management, and benefits administration; * Monitor HR metrics and prepare managerial reports; * Support leaders and managers on people management topics; * Contribute to employee engagement, organizational climate, and corporate culture initiatives; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience as a Generalist HR Analyst or in related roles; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Experience in recruitment and selection processes and HR routines; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with HR metrics; * Knowledge of organizational development programs. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Ethics and confidentiality.
