Main Responsibilities: \- Provide customer service and support exclusively through remote channels (WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail), ensuring clear and professional communication.\- Conduct online sales by sending messages, voice notes, photos, and informational materials to customers.\- Monitor ongoing negotiations, keeping the team updated on requirements and changes.\- Record interactions and maintain an organized history of customer service activities.\- Support the sales team in sales and relationship strategies.
