




**Duties and Responsibilities** Execute general Personnel Department routines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation; Carry out admission, termination, vacation, and leave processes; Control and verify employees' electronic timekeeping and overtime bank; Support the management of benefits such as transportation allowance, health insurance, and others; Provide support to managers and employees regarding labor-related questions and internal procedures; Stay updated on labor and social security legislation. Other related duties. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Generalist experience in Personnel Department routines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
