We thrive on challenges and seek talented individuals to build their careers and achieve outstanding results alongside us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Move manufacturing orders (MOs) via the SISPLAN system; Print packing lists and issue outgoing invoices; Send packing lists, invoices, technical specifications, and sample pieces for first-time third-party orders to the distribution center (DC); Monitor, together with the receiving department, whether subcontractors’ returns occur as scheduled; Verify third-party invoices and perform reconciliation of deliveries using reports received from subcontractors; Reconcile discrepancies between quantities sent by subcontractors and those verified upon receipt from subcontractors; Close out subcontracting activities for sewing, printing, embroidery, and other third-party services; Verify supporting documents for subcontractor closure: validate invoices, packing lists, system data, and attach collection invoices along with AP (Payment Authorization); Manage production orders for subcontractors (e.g., printing, embroidery, and others); Process MO movements via SISPLAN; Update internal control spreadsheets approximately twice per week; Coordinate inter-unit transfers by emailing procurement with freight quotation details (market rate and quantity). Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Requirements:** Completed high school education; Relevant work experience; Proficiency in Excel; Experience in the textile industry; **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; Strong communication skills; Familiarity with the SISPLAN system. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal voucher, education assistance, life insurance, health plan, and childcare support.
