Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying the quality and conformity of cut and printed parts, ensuring smooth production flow. Key Highlights: 1. Check the quality of cutting and finishing of parts. 2. Identify fabric defects and cutting errors. 3. Ensure compliance with specifications and batch organization. · Verify the quality of cutting and confirm that parts comply with technical specification sheet requirements (size, shape, and finish); · Identify possible fabric defects (stains, tears, loose threads) or cutting errors, such as irregularities or poorly finished edges; · Use measuring instruments (rulers, squares, calipers) to ensure cut parts meet required dimensions and proportions as specified in the technical sheet or quality standard; · Confirm that the quantity of cut parts matches the production order and ensure no shortages or overages exist; · Record verified quantities and identify missing or excess parts, reporting them to supervision; · Organize cut parts into batches according to color, fabric type, model, and production order; · Ensure parts are properly labeled with clear information regarding model, batch, or production order to facilitate subsequent process stages; · Document any identified defects in parts, such as incorrect cutting, defective fabric, or dimensional variations; · After inspection and organization, parts must be forwarded to subsequent stages, such as sewing or finishing; · Ensure parts proceed through the production flow without interruptions or delays; · Inspect print quality on parts, checking for proper application, absence of smudging, defects, or misalignment; · Evaluate color intensity and conformity with the intended design; · Inspect finishing of printed parts, ensuring no imperfections such as crooked lines, loose threads, or poorly finished areas; · Count printed parts to ensure production complies with the order or production plan; · Organize inspected parts according to product category or type.
