Monitor the entire customer journey, from order placement through post-sales. Ensure speed, transparency, and effectiveness at every stage of the sales process. Perform administrative tasks and support the sales team (control management, data organization). Use a CRM system to record and track opportunities and customers. Provide customer service, resolving inquiries and supporting commercial requests.
