Customer service and resolution of customer inquiries The technical vehicle delivery specialist is the dealership professional responsible for preparing, verifying, and delivering new or used vehicles to customers. This role includes conducting damage inspections, reviewing technical components, cleaning the vehicle, and explaining features such as multimedia systems and embedded technologies. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Inspection:** Receive the vehicle and verify paintwork, chassis, documentation, and potential damages. * **Preparation:** Forward the vehicle for workshop inspection, check tire pressure, and ensure final cleaning. * **Technical Delivery:** Explain in detail the operation of optional features, sunroofs, multimedia systems, smartphone mirroring, and other vehicle systems. * **Customer Service:** Address customer questions about the vehicle at the time of delivery. **Common Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and systems. * Passion for technology and market innovations. * Valid driver's license and familiarity with digital media/Microsoft Office.
