Design plays an essential role in how we communicate and build our brand. This position offers space to create, propose visual solutions, and collaborate closely with diverse teams—directly contributing to deliverables that strengthen Premiersoft’s identity and generate impact in day-to-day operations. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Creating digital assets and campaigns for social media, presentations, landing pages, marketing emails, advertisements, and printed materials. * Developing visual identities, layouts, and corporate materials. * Ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints. * Collaborating with marketing analysts responsible for different pillars and other stakeholders throughout the creative process. * Working autonomously to create and adapt visual assets for various formats and channels. * Contributing creative ideas and driving continuous improvements in design processes. * Keeping up with design trends, motion, artificial intelligence, and digital communication—and applying those learnings daily. **What you need to have:** * Experience as a Graphic Designer, working autonomously to create, adapt, and deliver visual assets for diverse channels and formats. * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Strong foundation in design fundamentals (typography, visual hierarchy, composition, color, and grid). Organization, critical thinking, and attention to detail to review your own work and ensure visual quality and consistency. * An updated portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects, aesthetic quality, and ability to solve visual problems. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience in technology companies or B2B contexts. * Knowledge of motion design, video, or simple animations. * Basic understanding of UX/UI, with experience designing for landing pages. * Experience in branding and digital marketing campaigns. * Interest in innovation, artificial intelligence, and emerging creative tools.
