The Construction Analyst's mission is to ensure the execution of on-site activities in accordance with correct project reviews, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request materials from contractors; * Prepare Change Order Requests; * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule; * Track projects and revisions; * Conduct and verify Field Verifications (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Monitor construction costs in line with the pre-established budget (avoid waste); * Ensure third-party activities are performed within agreed cost, timeline, quality, and safety standards on site; * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule; * Prepare reports documenting completed work, inspections carried out, and changes made relative to approved projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Relevant experience in the field; * NR 35 and NR 18 certifications; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design; * Ability to read and analyze project documents.
