We are supporting an integrated engineering company in its search for a Fire Prevention Systems Designer. This professional will be responsible for developing comprehensive fire prevention and firefighting solutions for vertical residential developments, ensuring full compliance with technical standards, current legislation, and Fire Department guidelines. This role directly contributes to safe, efficient projects aligned with the company’s commitment to quality and technical responsibility. **Responsibilities** * Develop fire prevention and firefighting projects, including: Preventive hydraulic systems (fire hydrants, sprinklers where applicable, hose reels, etc.); Emergency escape routes and emergency staircases; Safety signage; * Alarm, detection, and emergency lighting systems. * Ensure all projects comply with key technical standards, such as: NBR 9077, NBR 13714, NBR 17240, NBR 10897, and related standards; * Follow Fire Department Technical Instructions (ITs) and applicable state/municipal regulations. * Stay updated on regulatory revisions and changes, applying them during project development. * Specify firefighting equipment (fire extinguishers, fire-rated doors, manual call points, etc.). * Size water tanks, fire pumps, and other components according to standards and project-specific characteristics. * Ensure technical quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines. * Participate in meetings to align requirements and project changes; * Monitor submissions and approvals with regulatory authorities; * Update and organize technical documentation; * Work in alignment with the company’s purpose, delivering projects of high technical standard. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical); * Experience with Fire Prevention and Firefighting Systems; * Experience as a Designer in the development and approval of Technical Fire Prevention and Firefighting Projects; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; * Advanced AutoCAD; **Additional Information** * On-site work in Blumenau * CLT employment opportunity * Flexible working hours Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 3,400.00 – BRL 6,500.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Food allowance * Meal voucher Screening Question(s): * Do you have experience as a Designer in the development and approval of Technical Fire Prevention and Firefighting Projects?
