We are seeking a Budget Analyst to enhance the agility and accuracy of our commercial proposal development processes.\n\n---\n\nResponsibilities\n\nInterpret architectural and complementary drawings, identifying volumes, square footage, quantities, and required specifications.\n\nPrepare comprehensive budgets, including material composition, labor, logistics, and all other associated costs.\n\nAnalyze spreadsheets and descriptive memoranda provided by clients, supplementing information when necessary.\n\nDevelop structured commercial proposals using Garbe’s internal templates and standards.\n\nSupport the sales team with technical information and cost reviews upon request.\n\nObtain quotations from suppliers and partners.\n\nUpdate price databases to ensure budgets are always built using up-to-date information.\n\nPerform administrative tasks related to the budget workflow (filing, tracking, updates, revisions).\n\n---\n\nRequirements\n\nPrior experience reading architectural and/or engineering drawings.\n\nProficiency in Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets.\n\nExperience preparing budgets, preferably within the civil construction, architecture, or industrial sectors.\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.\n\nEffective communication skills for interaction with the sales team and suppliers.\n\n---\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with CRM or ERP systems.\n\nKnowledge of dry construction or acoustic solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or measurement software.\n\n---\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n\nWe seek an autonomous, organized individual with an owner’s mindset—capable of transforming technical inputs (drawings, spreadsheets, and memoranda) into clear, competitive budgets.
