Lead, train, and monitor active and inbound prospecting processes. Operate, organize, and optimize the CRM (Ploomes or similar), maintaining cadences, tasks, and data in order. Adjust AI-powered automations for lead qualification, segmentation, nurturing, and prioritization. Maintain operational documentation, including scripts, cadences, workflows, and checklists. Serve as the direct liaison between marketing, pre-sales, and sales to ensure alignment. Conduct A/B testing on messages, workflows, outreach approaches, and automations.
