




Supervise, plan, control and evaluate the company’s mechanical maintenance processes, ensuring proper management of resources and the team under your responsibility. Produce indicator reports to support managers’ decision-making regarding the process. Pursue agility in processes and achievement of targets. Act as an agent for the development of other area colleagues by providing support and training, aiming at process standardization and delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment in the industrial area, ensuring equipment integrity and functionality; Read and interpret engineering drawings, providing technical opinions and supervising their execution with a focus on project excellence; Supervise, plan, control and evaluate activities performed by professionals in the industrial mechanical maintenance department, aiming at optimal departmental performance; Monitor machine and equipment assembly and disassembly, as well as execution of related works, to ensure full functionality and effectiveness; Select personnel to compose your work team together with the HR department; Inspect mechanical equipment operation, checking each activity to ensure proper task execution and sustained operational functionality; Participate in meetings with supervisors and foremen to gain comprehensive understanding of the company’s overall operations and maintain team cohesion; Analyze spare parts requisitions for industry, informing the relevant department and justifying procurement needs based on supporting data; Develop KPIs for performance tracking through standardized technical reports serving as a basis for managers’ insights and potential process improvements; Perform job-related activities in strict compliance with all organizational occupational health, safety and environmental standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and department activities.
