The experience, skills, and expertise of our employees and service providers will determine our success in the market.* *We do this with agility, commitment, technology, design, and a qualified team to deliver end-to-end, integrated solutions with a single point of contact.* **Position:** ---------- * Create, configure, and optimize conversational bots within the Take Blip platform; * Structure conversation flows (Builders, routers, blocks, and variables); * Implement integrations between the bot and corporate systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, or databases; * Integrate the chatbot with generative AI engines (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, or similar); * Conduct testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of service flows; * Develop and apply business rules within conversational flows; * Monitor bot performance indicators (volume, engagement, resolution rate, satisfaction, etc.); * Collaborate with customer service, technology, and business teams to ensure alignment of flows; * Document processes, APIs, and integrations performed. **Requirements:** --------------- * Proven practical experience with the Take Blip platform (Builder, Router, Integration Hub, Blip Desk); * Knowledge of REST API development and JSON manipulation; * Desired programming languages: Node.js, Python, or C#; * Experience with integrations via Webhooks and HTTP calls; * Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, or Firebase); * Experience with AI models and tools such as ChatGPT API, Azure OpenAI, or Dialogflow; * Ability to structure flows with natural language processing (NLP/NLU); * Knowledge of code versioning (Git/GitHub). Desired Differentiators * Experience with integrations in corporate environments (ERP, CRM, hospital systems, etc.); * Knowledge of Conversational UX and best practices in dialogue design; * Experience with omnichannel customer service automation (WhatsApp, Webchat, Instagram, Messenger); * Knowledge of Power Automate, Zapier, Make/Integromat, or similar automation tools; * Official Take Blip certification or training
