As a Data Analyst / Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to deliver valuable insights that drive the company’s strategic decision-making. We are a company of innovative, creative, and diverse people, so we’re fully open to welcoming you—with all your diversity. **What we value here:** ➡️ Embracing change; ➡️ Results; ➡️ Closeness; ➡️ Creating fans; ➡️ Objectivity; ➡️ Self-accountability. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Collecting, structuring, and reviewing internal data. * Ensuring integrity, quality, and standardization of databases used by the team. * Building and maintaining dashboards and management reports. * Producing dashboards for analyses supporting decisions related to revenue, churn, commercial KPIs, customer performance, and expansion potential. * Contributing to consolidating pipeline KPIs, renewals, forecasts, and customer portfolio behavior metrics. * Supporting recurring monthly/quarterly studies to evaluate results and performance indicators. * Maintaining documentation and version control for data, queries, and reports. * Following established standards and methodologies for KPIs, metrics, and nomenclature. * Collaborating with RevOps teams from Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to deliver business-aligned information. **✔️ What do I need to know?** * Experience with Power BI, Looker, Grafana, or similar platforms. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (data manipulation, formulas, tables, and charts). * Basic SQL knowledge for queries and simple data modeling. * Ability to structure databases and operational data sources. * Ability to read and interpret business metrics, operational KPIs, and revenue indicators. * Familiarity with data governance and best practices for versioning/documentation. * Skill in consolidating data from multiple sources and validating consistency. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
