This person will be responsible for identifying defects, proposing improvements, and ensuring products meet defined technical and business requirements. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Previous experience in software testing; * Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and usability testing; * Familiarity with test and bug tracking tools; * Understanding of test automation concepts; * Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Good communication skills and attention to detail; * Knowledge of SQL databases; **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Plan, create, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated); * Validate functional and non-functional requirements; * Identify, document, and track defects until resolution; * Participate in meetings (daily and others); * Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure quality from the early stages of development; * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes; * Prepare test reports and quality metrics. This is a fully on-site position.
