Job Summary: Operate e-commerce and Mercado Livre platforms, providing commercial support to increase sales and strengthen the digital channel. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on performance, results, and sales growth **Job Objective** Operate the e\-commerce platform, Mercado Livre, and provide support for commercial activities—including assistance to representatives—to increase sales, improve digital channel performance, and strengthen the commercial area. **E\-commerce Management** * Update and maintain the online store * Product listing and optimization (descriptions, SEO, categories) * Monitor user experience * Track orders and sales flow **Commercial Support** * Support sales team and representatives (products, inventory, pricing, terms) * Assist with proposals, quotations, and negotiations * Serve as interface among sales, logistics, finance, and e\-commerce * Track goals and performance **Performance and Results** * Monitor conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment * Analyze product performance and sales opportunities * Support promotional campaigns and platform improvements **Reports and KPIs** * Sales reports and KPI tracking * Support in identifying growth opportunities **Key Responsibilities Metrics** * Revenue growth (digital and external support) * Conversion rate * Goal achievement * Platform organization and updates **Requirements:** * Completed high school (bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields preferred, currently pursuing) * Prior experience in sales and/or e\-commerce/digital platforms (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Corel...) * Strong communication skills, creativity, and organizational ability * Proactivity and teamwork capability **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Attendance bonus * Performance bonus * Health insurance * Uniform * On\-site lunch * Life insurance Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On\-site
