Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing construction sites, constructing structures, applying finishes, performing renovations and repairs, and adhering to safety regulations. Reading Technical Drawings and Teamwork * **Worksite Preparation**: Organize and prepare the construction site, verify work orders, and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * **Structural Construction**: Build foundations, erect walls and fences, and perform masonry using bricks, blocks, and other materials. * **Application of Finishes**: Responsible for laying floors, tiles, and other types of finishing materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship. * **Renovations and Repairs**: Construct, maintain, and repair existing buildings, ensuring structural integrity. * **Adherence to Safety Regulations**: Comply with technical and regulatory standards for occupational health and safety, as well as environmental protection during all activities. **Skills and Competencies** * **Reading Technical Drawings**: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure construction follows correct guidelines. * **Teamwork**: Frequently collaborate with other professionals, such as site supervisors, carpenters, and electricians, to execute projects. * **Manual Dexterity**: Requires skill and dexterity to handle construction tools and materials, such as trowels, levels, and squares. Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00 Fridays: 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00 Overtime on weekends Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.300,00 per month Work Location: On-site
