




* Client: Avantti Tecnologia * Location: Remote * Contract Type: Independent Contractor (PJ) * Contract Duration: 3 months, with possibility of extension **Main Responsibilities** Support and Bug Fixing Analyze, diagnose, and fix bugs in production .NET (C\#) applications. Handle incidents and problems (N1/N2/N3\) according to agreed SLAs. Fix functional, technical, and integration issues with other systems. **Technical and Business Analysis** Investigate logs, exceptions, and metrics to identify root cause (Root Cause Analysis – RCA). Understand business rules to ensure fixes do not cause unintended side effects. Support support teams and end-user areas in clarifying system behavior. **Evolution and Continuous Improvements** Implement minor enhancements, adjustments, and improvements in legacy and current systems. Refactor code to improve performance, readability, and maintainability. Suggest technical improvements to reduce incident recurrence. **Quality and Stability** Develop and execute unit tests and functional tests to validate fixes. Ensure fixes do not introduce regressions in production. Support controlled deployment processes and post-production validations. **Documentation and Governance** Document fixes, adjustments, and lessons learned. Support updating technical and functional documentation. Follow versioning standards, source code control, and software development best practices. Requirements: Typical Technical Skills Required C\# / .NET Framework / .NET Core REST APIs and Web Services Databases (SQL Server, queries, stored procedures, optimization) Debugging, log analysis, and exception handling Git or another version control system Basic knowledge of CI/CD and environments (DEV, QA, PROD) Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with support analysts, QA, DevOps, and business teams. Receive well-structured tasks from senior team members and work with moderate autonomy. Support junior developers in resolving recurring incidents.
