Job Summary: Developer Analyst to work on development, maintenance, and evolution of systems, participating in architecture definition and application optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Digital Recruitment Consulting is seeking a Developer Analyst in Blumenau. RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions. We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Develop, maintain, and evolve systems and applications according to requirements. Participate in defining architecture and designing technical solutions, and document them. Conduct code reviews. Identify and fix bugs. Work on continuous system improvement. Write and maintain automated tests (unit and/or integration). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, design, data) in building solutions. Support defining and evolving development standards and best practices. Monitor application performance and propose optimizations. Document technical solutions and processes when necessary. Support junior developers and share knowledge with the team. Previous experience as Systems Developer, Software Programmer, Software Engineer, or Systems Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
