Commitment to deadlines, processes, and quality. #### **Finishing Operator** **Job Description:** **Job Mission:** Participate in the part preparation process during terminal manufacturing, with emphasis on sanding, bonding, and finishing stages, directly contributing to the final quality of our products. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Sand parts and perform finishing according to defined standards; * Apply adhesive glue to designated surfaces for coating; * Operate coating equipment, correctly positioning parts and ensuring their fixation; * Assist in organizing and sorting parts according to production flow; * Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance of equipment used in sanding and bonding stages; * Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe; * Support fellow production team members as needed, contributing to meeting deadlines; * Follow operational procedures and leadership instructions. **Who We Are Looking For:** * A meticulous person attentive to part finishing and details; * Committed to deadlines, processes, and final product quality; * Enjoys teamwork and possesses a collaborative spirit; * Disciplined with strong ability to follow instructions; * Completed elementary education. * **Desirable Differentiators:** * Knowledge of computer hardware; * Experience with ERP and integrated systems; * Some experience with ERP and integrated systems; * Knowledge of WMS; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in logistics, administration, or related fields. **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Camboriú, SC, BR Full-time CLT On-site
