A professional to monitor import processes, analyze documents, register Import Declarations (DIs), and maintain contact with stakeholders, providing support in foreign trade operations.

**Opportunity: Import Assistant / Foreign Trade**
**Main Responsibilities**
* Monitor import processes from initiation through customs clearance;
* Verify and analyze documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI, LI, among others);
* Register and monitor Import Declarations (DI) in the Brazilian Federal Revenue System;
* Maintain contact with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines;
* Request and monitor payments;
* Issue input invoices;
* Update operational follow-ups and reports;
* Provide support to customs analysts and customs brokers in their processes.
**Requirements**
* Prior experience in customs clearance or foreign trade (imports);
* Knowledge of customs legislation;
* Experience with systems such as Siscomex;
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
* Organized profile, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with fiscal classification (NCM);
* Knowledge of special customs regimes;

Compensation: Starting at R$2.000,00 per month
