People eager to grow alongside Safe and generate real impact on our clients’ businesses. **➡️ The Opportunity** Position: Junior Corporate Analyst | Employment Type: CLT Work Mode: On-site in Blumenau/SC **✅ Key Responsibilities:** * End-to-end company incorporation—from initial checklist to final approval * Drafting corporate bylaws and amendments, including technical review and proper formalization * Executing corporate amendments (e.g., shareholder changes, address, CNAE code, capital, management, etc.) * Converting MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) status to LTDA (Limited Liability Company), ensuring regularization and operational continuity * Filing, tracking, and completing processes at the Commercial Registry and other relevant agencies * Municipal, Fire Department, and Health Surveillance registrations and other legalizations, as required by clients * Obtaining/renewing operating licenses and permits for business activities * Preparing and registering meeting minutes, when necessary * Proactive and clear communication with clients—aligning pending items, deadlines, and next steps * Rigorous task management and deadline adherence, with strong organizational skills and prioritization ➡️ **What We Offer:** * Real career growth opportunity * Flexible benefits card worth R$ 400.00 * Collaborative and organized work environment * Flexible working hours and support for work-life balance * **Our Pillars:** ✨ Active Presence \| ✨ Intelligence \| ✨ Communication \| ✨ Security Cultural fit matters to us.
