If it is working, we improve it. * **We play to win** Delivery doesn’t end at the destination. * **Unity** We’re great on our own, but together we’re unbeatable. **Your mission as Inside Sales** * Customer Service: Maintain constant communication with customers to understand their specific needs, offer customized solutions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. * Commercial Proposal Development: Develop and present proposals meeting customer demands, effectively negotiating commercial terms, deadlines, and pricing. * Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring all stages—from order entry to final delivery—are executed efficiently. * Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, seeking opportunities for additional sales and loyalty. * Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and adjust sales strategies as needed. * Internal Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to ensure service efficiency and quality. **To become a Proalover, you must have:** * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * CRM Tools: Experience with CRM platforms; * Office Suite (Excel or Google Sheets): Basic proficiency for reporting and commercial analysis. * Data and KPI Analysis: Ability to interpret sales metrics (conversion rate, sales cycle, average deal size, etc.). * Negotiation and Commercial Proposal Development: Skill in structuring proposals, simulations, and commercial presentations. * Preferred knowledge of consultative selling techniques (e.g., SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, or similar). **Why work at PROALOG?** This one’s easy!
