Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for payroll calculations, vacation calculations, termination settlements, eSocial reporting, tax calculations, and monitoring of labor legislation. Continuous updates on labor legislation RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee onboarding, vacation calculations, termination settlement calculations, payroll calculations, 13th salary calculations and other payments, SEFIP, unemployment insurance, eSocial, tax and contribution calculations, employee leave management, DCTFWeb filing, and customer service. Classification and monitoring of collective bargaining agreements; staying up-to-date with labor legislation.
