Focus on organizing and monitoring tracker installations Our client operates in the vehicle protection industry and is seeking a professional to work as a Fleet Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Schedule tracker installations and maintenance on vehicles; Serve cooperators and suppliers, efficiently organizing schedules; Maintain operational spreadsheets and records (Word and Excel); Monitor installation progress, ensuring procedures are executed correctly; Provide administrative support for other fleet department requirements. **Requirements:** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Prior experience in tracking companies, risk management firms, or transportation companies with fleet monitoring and/or tracking systems is preferred; Familiarity with tracking platforms; Typing skills and speed; Teamwork capability; Emotional intelligence; Conflict resolution skills; Initiative; Quick thinking; Ability to maintain and convey emotional balance; Dynamism. **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Health insurance; Dental insurance. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, schedule to be determined. **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Itajaí **State:** SC
