Job Summary: A professional responsible for quantity surveys, negotiation support, service control, purchase order creation, and assistance in data verification and validation at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting quantity surveys and service control 2. Supporting negotiations and creation of purchase orders 3. Assisting in the analysis and validation of data at construction sites * Perform material quantity surveys upon approval by the Engineer. * Conduct quantity surveys. * Participate in defining mid-term replanning and actions. * Support negotiations for specific services. * Monitor daily allowances using the service control spreadsheet. * Create purchase orders, observing the descriptive memorandum. * Complete all actions listed in the checklist to ensure a score above 90%. * Verify on-site activities, enter data into the Weekly Monitoring System (Semanômetro), and track actions defined during weekly progress meetings. * Assist in analyzing and validating data entered into the system, including corrections and more complex measurements. * Assist in verifying and validating data with the service responsible person. * Prior experience at construction sites is desirable. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Production
