Join us and become part of a team committed to saving lives and building Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform operational administrative tasks such as various controls, routine procedures, filing, scheduling, and data entry. Organize and manage files; sort and classify documents. Conduct periodic cleaning of processes. Request and manage office supplies for the department. Prepare periodic reports, type documents, and update data. Headquartered in the state capital, Seconci\-SP operates 12 additional outpatient units across the State of São Paulo, delivering medical, dental, diagnostic, and complementary support services. **INTEGRATED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT** In addition to supporting construction workers, Seconci\-SP has, for over 25 years, advised companies across all sectors and segments on integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management. It employs experienced and highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, and market-recognized specialists. Another key differentiator: Seconci\-SP uses the SOC System, the market-leading platform for OHS management. Seconci\-SP assists companies in implementing preventive actions aimed at improving workers’ quality of life, increasing productivity, and reducing operational costs. **SOCIAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION \- SHO** Owing to its extensive experience in healthcare delivery and its long-standing partnership with the State of São Paulo—having removed thousands of users from SUS waiting lists—Seconci\-SP was invited in 1998 to participate in the qualification process for the country’s first generation of Social Health Organizations (SHOs).
