Organize and manage files; sort and classify documents. Conduct periodic process cleanup. Order and manage office supplies for the department. Prepare periodic reports, type documents, and update data. Headquartered in São Paulo city, Seconci\-SP operates 12 additional outpatient units across the State of São Paulo, delivering medical outpatient care, dental services, diagnostic tests, and complementary and support services. **INTEGRATED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT** Beyond providing assistance to civil construction workers, Seconci\-SP has, for over 25 years, advised companies across all sectors/segments on integrated occupational health and safety (OHS) management. It employs experienced and highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, and specialists widely recognized in the market. Another key differentiator: Seconci\-SP uses the SOC system, the market leader in OHS management. Seconci\-SP assists companies in implementing preventive actions aimed at improving workers’ quality of life, increasing productivity, and reducing operational costs. **SOCIAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION \- SHO** Given its extensive experience in healthcare delivery and its longstanding partnership with the State of São Paulo—having removed thousands of users from SUS waiting lists—Seconci\-SP was invited in 1998 to participate in the qualification process for the first generation of Social Health Organizations (SHOs) in Brazil. It assumed management responsibilities for healthcare facilities in partnership with the State and Municipality of São Paulo.
