Job Description Main Activities and Responsibilities Perform minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, outlets, faucets, valves, locks, door adjustments, and furniture adjustments). Support restaurant equipment maintenance (freezers, refrigerators, stoves, hoods, exhaust fans, water coolers) as per technical guidance. Identify preventive maintenance needs and report them to the immediate supervisor. Supervise third-party service providers when necessary. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of indoor and outdoor areas. Assist in assembling and disassembling structures for internal events. Conduct periodic inspections to prevent failures and accidents. Comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and good practice standards. Support other departments whenever requested, respecting their respective responsibilities.
