Job Summary: Responsible for performing electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs; supporting equipment maintenance; and maintaining environmental organization. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general repairs and supports equipment maintenance. 2. Maintains organization and preservation of indoor and outdoor areas. 3. Assists in internal events and conducts inspections to prevent failures. Job Description Main Activities and Responsibilities Perform minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, outlets, faucets, valves, locks, door adjustments, and furniture adjustments). Support restaurant equipment maintenance (freezers, refrigerators, stoves, hoods, exhaust fans, water coolers) as per technical guidance. Identify preventive maintenance needs and report them to the immediate supervisor. Supervise third-party service providers when necessary. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of indoor and outdoor areas. Assist in assembling and disassembling structures for internal events. Conduct periodic inspections to prevent failures and accidents. Comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and good practice standards. Support other departments whenever requested, respecting their respective responsibilities.
