We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the execution of all pavement construction activities, ensuring quality standards and adherence to deadlines. * Manage the work team: assign tasks, provide guidance on proper execution, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Ensure workplace safety and environmental protection, guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations and standards to prevent accidents and safeguard workers' health. * Manage third-party contracts, ensuring compliance with established contractual clauses. * Control the use of materials and resources (especially CAP), monitoring consumption and inventory to avoid waste and ensure availability. * Perform quantity surveys, track physical progress, and prepare detailed reports on activity status. * Interface with the Operations department to ensure construction aligns with planning and minimizes impact on Motiva customers. * Identify and resolve issues arising during construction, making timely and effective decisions to minimize delays and maintain quality. * Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance pavement construction quality. * Fulfill compliance and anti-bribery responsibilities, considering the high-risk nature of the position and ensuring all activities align with the company’s integrity management system. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Microsoft Project Willingness to work in Santa Isabel **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company operating across **13 states**, mobilizing thousands of people daily through ethical, impactful mobility solutions.
