**Job Responsibilities**
Responsible for operating productive area activities, monitoring processes according to pre-established guidance from the production supervisor, as well as ensuring compliance with daily production scheduling in terms of pre-established quantities and quality, while adhering to safety standards required by regulatory norms.
* Participate in the production process, ensuring that parameters and specifications defined in work instructions are followed;
* Coordinate activities, train, support, and qualify Level II and Level I Process Operators;
* Perform duties of other team members when necessary;
* Operate supervisory systems/DCS/control equipment;
* Operate the production process and/or unit equipment upon management request;
* Support quality control and process control activities;
* Perform cleaning tasks on drying systems, sieves, dryers, rotary drums, bagging machines, and other production unit and/or support area equipment upon request;
* Support supervisors in organizing activities;
* Complete documents and reports required by work instructions;
* Identify and report improvement opportunities to the immediate manager to increase productivity and reduce costs;
* Perform duties proactively and with care for equipment and materials, seeking cost reduction without compromising productivity;
* Comply with company policies regarding Quality, Safety, Health, Hygiene, and Environment;
* Assist in managing and identifying products and raw materials;
* Start up and shut down area equipment together with the immediate manager and other Process Operators;
* Supervise / perform loading and unloading operations;
* Complete shift reports and incident reports;
* Responsible for tracking analytical results and reporting them to the immediate supervisor;
* Occasionally operate forklifts, front-end loaders, or similar equipment as required by the area, provided the candidate is qualified and authorized by the occupational safety department;
* Perform duties of other team members when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or technical degree in Chemistry, Administration, Production, or related fields.
NR-13 – Safety in Pressure Vessel Operations (applies to departments with pressure vessels)
NR-33 – Attendant / Authorized Worker for Confined Space Activities (applies to positions involving confined space work)
NR-35 – Work at Heights (applies to positions involving work at heights)
