This is a **hands-on position**, involving an offshore routine, long shifts, intense interaction with offshore teams, and direct responsibility for safe equipment operation and adherence to operational procedures. Responsibilities * Operate drones in offshore environments aboard vessels; * Conduct remote visual inspections offshore, in accordance with operational procedures; * Strictly comply with safety regulations, maritime protocols, and vessel instructions; * Work under the 28 × 28 regime (28 days onboard / 28 days off); * Work 12-hour shifts daily during the onboard period; * Ensure equipment integrity, functionality, and maintenance; * Report incidents, failures, and operational conditions to leadership; * Follow technical and operational instructions defined by ALTAVE and the client; * Comply with offshore cohabitation, safety, and discipline rules. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Full availability for offshore routines and extended periods onboard; * Suitability for onboard work and confined environments; * Operational discipline and ability to follow procedures; * Drone piloting course (provided by ALTAVE). Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in offshore or industrial environments; * Experience in Oil & Gas or onboard operations; * Ability to work effectively in teams and adapt to onboard living conditions; * Responsible, resilient, and execution-focused profile; * Drone flight experience (registered in SARPAS); * CBSP and THUET certifications; * NR34, NR37, NR10 certifications.
