HIRING – MACHINE OPERATOR RolloPlast currently has an open position for a **Machine Operator** at its Poá facility. About the position We are seeking committed, responsible professionals with a strong desire to grow alongside the company, working in the operation and monitoring of industrial machinery within the plastic packaging segment. The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper equipment functionality, overseeing production processes, and contributing to production quality and safety. Key responsibilities * Operate industrial machines and equipment; * Perform basic adjustments and monitor production; * Feed raw materials into machines; * Monitor the quality of manufactured products; * Maintain sector organization and cleanliness; * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures; * Support the production team whenever necessary. Requirements * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience operating industrial machinery is desirable; * Commitment, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work on-site in Poá/SP.
