**Job Purpose**
As we work to transform and optimise Mars, a new program has been mobilised by the Mars leadership team. The program is focused on the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA in Mars across Segments (Petcare, Corporate, Snacking \& Food). Much more than a simple “Lift and Shift,” this program will undertake a major process simplification and harmonisation scope as we digitally transform our business.

Key Responsibilities **Planning and Execution:** Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, for infrastructure projects (networks, data centers, security) and telecommunications (communication systems, fiber optic networks, 5G). **Risk Management:** Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks, developing effective contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success. **Leadership and Coordination:** Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and vendors, ensuring collaboration and alignment with project objectives. **Communication and Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment of expectations, and clear, concise reporting on project progress. **Control and Quality:** Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables comply with quality standards, technical requirements, and regulatory regulations. **Resource Optimization:** Efficiently manage allocated resources (team, financial, materials) to maximize productivity and sustainability of projects. **Continuous Improvement:** Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from previous projects to optimize future processes and methodologies.
